Ajinomoto showcases its Japanese specialties at HIP Madrid 2026
Japanese cuisine, a source of creativity for all types of restaurants
Japanese cuisine continues to attract an ever-wider audience and is now available in many establishments, far beyond specialized restaurants. Signature dishes, Asian-inspired ingredients, or Japanese touches: consumers are seeking new taste experiences, encouraging restaurant owners to diversify their offerings.
As the leading brand in Europe for Japanese specialties, Ajinomoto is supporting this consumer trend with a comprehensive, authentic, and easy-to-implement range designed for all occasions. The goal is to enable every restaurant owner, whether an expert in Japanese cuisine or not, to easily incorporate specialties that meet new market expectations.
A stand dedicated to culinary applications and Chef-to-Chef demonstrations
Throughout the show, visitors can meet the Ajinomoto teams in Hall 9 – Stand E585. The Chef will run culinary demonstrations featuring a variety of applications: sharing boards, creative starters & tapas, hot dishes, salads, poké bowls…
These demonstrations aim to show how to easily integrate Ajinomoto products into a wide range of menus, whether for bars, street-food concepts, traditional restaurants or chains looking for international influences.
The stand will also feature an experiential tasting bar. Visitors will be able to discover the brand’s must-haves: Gyoza, Karaage, Gomateba, paired with a wide variety of sauces and toppings, showcasing the rich range of flavors made possible by Ajinomoto products.
